Peanuts Mixed with Seasonal Vegetables

1. Wash and slice carrots for later use

2. Wash the red and yellow peppers, remove the seeds and cut into diagonal strips for later use

3. Wash celery and cut into diagonal slices

4. Celery blanched pepper water set aside

5. Peeled and cooked peanut kernels
