Rose Saponified Rice Jelly

Soak the saponified rice with water one night in advance; cook the soaked saponified rice with water and rock sugar

Prepare the gelatine slices; put the gelatine into the boiled saponified rice, stir to melt

Add rose sugar; put in the pot and mix well
4.
Pour into the mold, put it in the refrigerator overnight, take it out and eat it
