Stewed Pork Ribs with Peach Gum

Put the peach gum and the saponified rice into a bowl separately, add an appropriate amount of water

Soak for more than 12 hours

Change the water and clean it halfway

Boil the ribs in boiling water

Prepare a pot and add the ribs

Add a few lotus seeds

Then add appropriate amount of cooking wine and ginger, add appropriate amount of water to start the rice cooker

Drain the soaked peach gum

Drain the soaked saponified rice

It takes about 20 minutes to add the soaked peach gum and saponified rice

Boil for another 15 minutes, add salt to taste

Add a few more goji berries
