Rose Yam

Wash the iron rod yam, peel it, boil it in a pot of boiling water until it is soft, remove it and put it on a plate.

Put 100ml of water in the pot, add 40g of sugar and boil.

Simmer until slightly viscous.

Add a spoonful of rose paste and mix well.

The rose sauce is completely melted to form a slightly viscous sauce.

Pour the boiled sauce on the yam and start eating, it is fragrant and sweet.
