Rotten Meat Peas

Drain the water after washing the peas

Today’s meat is fat and lean. I use a knife to chop it myself and it feels better than a machine.

After frying in the pan, let it cool down and then add the rotten meat, stir fry for a while, and then add the soy sauce. The soy sauce I used is more delicious.

After the soy sauce is put in, add a small amount of oil to improve the flavor, as long as a little bit is not too much

Finally, fry the peas together. After about a minute or two of mixing and stir-frying, pour in boiling water and cover the pot to simmer. When the juice is almost collected, start the pot. Don't simmer the water until it becomes stale! Finally, add salt, MSG or not, because soy sauce is already more flavorful! Add salt and stir-fry evenly to start the pan, and the beautiful peas fragrant.

Tips:
It is important to note that the water for simmering peas is not easy to be too much, just submerge the peas, and be careful not to simmer the water when the juice is finally collected!
