Shrimp and Lobster Paste

Prepare the ingredients.

Put starch, salt, and pepper into a bowl, add water to make a juice.

Peel off the shells of the shrimp, cut the back, draw out the gut, and wash.

Stir in egg white, a pinch of salt and starch.

Boil the green beans first, pass cold water, and drain them for later use.
