Ingredients

Rouge Lotus Root Slices

1. Juice beetroot for later use

2. Add sugar and white vinegar and stir well

3. Wash lotus root, peeled and sliced

4. Boil in boiling water

5. Remove and put in cold water to shower

6. Put the dried lotus root slices into the beetroot juice

7. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours

8. Take out and serve

Tips:

If there is no beetroot, you can use red dragon fruit or purple cabbage instead
