Roujiamo

Skinned pork belly, cut into large pieces. Blanch the water, remove the froth, add cooking wine, and cook for a while. Remove and set aside.

Put it in a casserole, add boiled meat ingredients (must be enough, or it won't taste fragrant), rock sugar, and dark soy sauce. Turn the high heat to a low heat, and I cooked it for 45 minutes. As long as the meat is soft and rotten, the soup is thick. Season with salt.

Put in hard-boiled eggs (you can make several openings on the eggs to make them easier to taste) and soak overnight. Heat up early the next morning, chop the meat until dense, add green peppers. Add in the baked white bun and enjoy.
