Ruicheng Chili Sauce

First chop the peppers,

Minced ginger

Minced garlic

Soybeans are cooked,

Put the oil in the pot, first put the dry yellow sauce in the cold oil to heat,

When the dried yellow sauce is slightly dry, add the old vinegar

Boil the aged vinegar for 1 minute

Add chili, soybeans, salt, ginger, sugar and cook for 7 minutes

Finally add garlic and MSG and cook for 3 minutes. Out of the pot
Tips:
Dried yellow sauce tends to stick to the pan, so keep stirring, the oil will burn the dry yellow sauce if the oil is too hot.
