After the tomatoes are washed, cut into small pieces, boil a small pot of water, and pour the tomatoes in until the water is just over the tomatoes. Boil the tomatoes on medium heat until they become soft.

Mince garlic, cut green onion into oblique sections, remove the head and seeds of the pepper and cut into small circles.

Heat the pan first, then pour the flax oil, then add the minced garlic and green onion to fry until fragrant

Tips:
1. I didn't remove the skin of tomatoes. If you want to peel it, you can blanch it with hot water for a while and then peel it off.
2. The oil I choose is flax oil, which can be replaced with peanut oil.
3. Wear disposable gloves when cutting hot peppers, otherwise your fingers will be hot for a long time.
4. Chicken powder is more delicious and healthier than chicken essence.
