Sago with Boiled Fruit Papaya

Heat water in a pot, add sago dew and stir.

Cover and simmer for about ten minutes. Cook until part of it becomes transparent.

Filter and rinse with cold water.

Pour water in the pot again, after boiling, add sago dew and stir.

Add to the pot and cook together. Cook for about five or six minutes. The sago dew has some white spots at the beginning, and it becomes transparent after cooking with papaya.

Tips:
1. Add sugar according to personal preference.
2. The milk can be replaced with coconut milk for a better taste. It is not suitable for cooking for a long time, as the nutrition will be destroyed by cooking for a long time.
3. In order to maintain the value of the papaya, I removed the flesh.
4. I cooked three bowls. When the sago dew is re-cooked, do not add too much water. The milk itself tastes very weak. Cook it thick or thin according to personal preference.
5. When the weather is hot, put it in the refrigerator for better taste.
