Sakura Biscuits with A Burst of Beauty

Soak the salted cherry blossoms in advance and change the water several times.

Beat the butter with powdered sugar until the volume becomes larger and the color turns white.

Add the egg liquid in 2 times and mix well.

Sift in the flour and form a dough.

Sprinkle a little flour on the chopping board, roll the dough into 2 mm thick slices, and cut them with a biscuit mold.

Place it on the baking tray and put a cherry blossom on the cookie dough.

Tips:
The cherry blossoms are soaked in advance. Change the water about 5 times. You can't soak for too long. The color will turn gray for too long.
