Pay attention to this. First take a little cold water to mix the powder into a paste without particles, then boil 500ml of water in a pot, pour the paste into the boiling water and stir, add sugar and stir evenly into a slightly viscous transparent soup. It does not need to be boiled.

Wash the mold, pour it into the semicircle below, then put the cherry blossoms in it. Use chopsticks to spread the petals. Gently cover the lid, and slowly pour the jelly soup from the hole on the top with a spoon.

Put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. Gently demould and place on a plate. Add two spoons of jam. It is delicious and beautiful
