My best friend asked our family to eat a tall western food, but my son only remembered the sweet and delicious salad mango shrimp, and everything else he ate was sentimental. When he went home, he made the mango shrimp that he was full of praise. Although it was a small shrimp, it was better than fresh. The orange mango was a little refreshing on the dinner table. In fact, I don’t like to add salad dressing. I think the sweetness of shrimp and the sweetness of mango are enough, but children like to add salad dressing. They think that the presence of salad is necessary to have a rich taste.

Ingredients

Salad Mango Shrimp: Small and Fresh

1. Choose fresh sea prawns.

2. Peel the shell, cut in half and remove the shrimp intestines.

3. Boil water and add shrimp meat.

4. Once the color changes, pick it up and put it into ice water.

5. Drain the shrimp meat.

6. Pick mangoes that are just ripe for eating and cut into diamond-shaped grids.

7. Remove the mango flesh.

8. Mix the mango meat with the shrimp meat.

9. Squeeze the salad dressing.

Tips:

Choose mangoes that are just ripe to eat. Too ripe will affect the taste and appearance of mango shrimp.
