Tofu meatballs are my favorite. They are simple in texture. They are made of pure tofu and added with Caesar salad dressing. They are delicious. . . "

Salad Tofu Balls

1. Keep the tofu dry and keep all the ingredients for later use.

2. Knead the tofu into a puree and add the chopped green onion and ginger.

3. Add half a package of Caesar Salad Dressing.

4. Add salt and mix well.

5. Pinch into small balls.

6. Put the squeezed balls on the plate.

7. Put oil in the pan, change the heat to low when the oil is hot, and fry the meatballs. Flip after molding.

8. Scoop out into golden yellow.

9. Put the meatballs on a plate and squeeze them into the Caesar salad dressing.

Tips:

1. The brine tofu from the north must be used to control the moisture in order to form.

2. Starch and the like must not be added, otherwise the meatballs will not be soft and tasty, which will affect the taste.
