This is a dish I often cook, sweet and sour and refreshing, served with wine and dinner. I use green radish, and white radish is the same, very delicious. There is another trick. Rinse the radishes with clean water, the spiciness is gone, and the marinade will be delicious.

Ingredients

1. Peel the green radish, wash and cut into filaments.

2. Rinse it in clean water to remove the spiciness.

3. Take it out to control the water and add a spoonful of salt.

4. Stir and marinate for 10 minutes.

5. Peel the carrots and cut into cubes.

6. Add rice vinegar to the marinated radish.

7. Add sugar.

8. Just stir well.
