Saliva Chicken

Tips:
1. Put the chicken in the water and cook for 10 minutes. Do not cook for too long, so that the tender chicken should be immediately placed in cold water, preferably ice water. In this way, the leather is delicate and smooth, and the crunchy is not easy to fall apart.
