I bought salmon, cut some small dices and mixed it with a salad! Just use Japanese salad dressing to taste, it's much refreshing than salad dressing!

Salmon and Egg Salad

1. The egg is cooked and peeled off, everything is in two

2. 2 egg yolks are scooped out and the egg whites are useful

3. Cut 1 egg into small cubes, and cut the egg yolk you just dug into small pieces.

4. Wash the cucumber and cut into small cubes

5. Rinse salmon with pure water

6. Use kitchen paper towels to soak up the moisture

7. Cut the salmon into small cubes

8. Add lemon juice and marinate for a while

9. Put all the ingredients in the dish

10. Add Japanese salad dressing

11. Stir evenly

12. Put the right amount of salad into the egg from which the yolk is scooped out

Tips:

I used Japanese salad dressing for the seasoning, if not, I changed to salad dressing!
