Salmon and Egg Salad

The egg is cooked and peeled off, everything is in two

2 egg yolks are scooped out and the egg whites are useful

Cut 1 egg into small cubes, and cut the egg yolk you just dug into small pieces.

Wash the cucumber and cut into small cubes

Rinse the salmon with pure water and use a kitchen paper towel to absorb the moisture

Cut the salmon into small cubes

Add some lemon juice and marinate for a while

Put all the ingredients in the dish

Add the Japanese salad juice and stir well
10.
Put the right amount of salad into the egg from which the yolk is scooped out
Tips:
I used Japanese salad dressing for the seasoning, if not, I changed to salad dressing!
