Salmon Baked Noodles Over 12 Months

Prepare all the ingredients, I used fresh shiitake mushrooms

After the salmon is thawed, pickle with lemon to remove the fishy

Cut tomato into small pieces for later use

Shiitake mushrooms, carrots, diced green beans, peeled out and set aside

Add water to boil and cook. Carrots and green beans will be harder to cook for a little longer.

Add butterfly noodles because the larger butterfly noodles take longer

The noodles are half cooked, add fish and cook together. If there is too little water, you can add a little water to cook.

It’s almost cooked, add some mozzarella cheese, so that the noodles will have a milky flavor

Put the noodles in a baking-resistant bowl and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the surface

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 8 minutes, and the surface will be colored.
Tips:
1. Do not use too much water in the noodles, otherwise the mozzarella cheese on the top and the bottom will be layered
2. To choose the original mozzarella cheese, you can look at the ingredient list, the original mozzarella cheese ingredient list is relatively short
