Salmon Dinner

Prepare the ingredients: salmon, potatoes and mushrooms

Put a little bit of oil on the pan, put the salmon skin down in the pan, sprinkle some salt and black pepper, and squeeze a few drops of lemon. Cover the pan and fry on medium heat for 2 minutes, then turn it over and fry for another 2 minutes. Depending on the actual situation, you may need to turn over and fry for another 1 minute.

It is enough if there is no bloodshot inside. Don't fry for too long, otherwise it will become old and become firewood.

Fried salmon will produce oil, so use this oil to fry mushrooms. It will be more fragrant to use onions when sautéing mushrooms.

The potatoes are peeled and cut into large pieces and cooked.

Tips:
The salmon must not have been fried, otherwise the meat will be old and woody. This piece of salmon is relatively large, so you must cover the pan and fry it over medium heat to get it thoroughly cooked.
