Salmon En Croute

Stir the butter, basil leaves, and dill leaves.

If basil and dill are not available, boiled spinach can be used instead.

Cut the lemon zest into filaments and put it in, then add salt and pepper as appropriate and continue to stir well.

Put in the cheese.

Stir well.

Wash the salmon, remove the skin and bones, cut into two pieces, and absorb excess water with a kitchen towel.
