The preparation of teriyaki salmon is very simple, nutritious, delicious, and definitely a five-star recommendation! Today I used German WOLL large-diameter 32 cm non-stick Chinese wok~

Teriyaki Salmon

1. Defrosting salmon

2. Add the accessories to a small bowl and mix thoroughly to make a simple teriyaki sauce

3. Put the processed salmon and teriyaki sauce together in an airtight bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour

4. Put a little cooking oil in the pot

5. Add the marinated salmon and fry on both sides until the surface is slightly burnt

6. Pour the teriyaki sauce and add a little water at the same time

7. Collect the soup, add broccoli in Nao Shui, and garnish with small tomatoes

Tips:

Salmon steak is easy to loose, so don't turn it frequently, just turn it once when frying. When braising, you don’t need to turn it over, until the fish is slightly burnt and the oil starts to come out. Don’t overdo it.
