Salmon Steak with Garlic and Black Pepper

Prepare salmon steak.

Grind in the right amount of black pepper, salt, and cooking wine.

Grab it well and put it in the fresh-keeping box to marinate in the refrigerator (I put it overnight and add one morning).

Cut garlic into slices.

Tips:
Please fry the salmon to your liking. Black pepper is best ground fresh.
