This salmon fried rice is very refreshing. I added a little lemon juice to it. It tasted with a lemony fragrance and the spice fragrance was particularly light.

Salmon Fried Rice

1. Wash the salmon, dry with kitchen paper, cut into cubes, add a little salt and lemon juice to marinate for 10 minutes;
