Salmon Fried Rice
1.
Cut the salmon into 1 cm cubes, add a small amount of salt and pepper to marinate for 20 minutes. (Salmon can also be cut smaller, I personally feel that it is more meaty to cut larger)
2.
After the pea diced is cooked, place it in cold water and control the moisture for later use.
3.
Cut the pineapple into cubes the same size as the salmon.
4.
Put a little olive oil in the pan, add the salmon and fry it until it's 80% cooked.
5.
Put the fried salmon out and set aside, leaving the remaining oil in the pan.
6.
Beat the eggs
7.
Put the rice in the egg mixture and scatter it evenly
8.
Put the rice in a frying pan and stir fry.
9.
Stir-fry the rice until the grains are distinct.
10.
Add peas and diced pineapple and stir-fry evenly.
11.
Add some salt to taste.
12.
Add salmon and stir fry evenly.
13.
Add the crushed black pepper and stir-fry well, then remove from the pan.
Tips:
This time, the fried rice is made with leftover rice from the previous day. If you change it to long-grain fragrant rice, the appearance and taste will be better.
