Salmon Head in Black Bean Sauce

Cut the salmon head into pieces and wash.

Wash the tempeh with water, mash with garlic, and shred the ginger for later use.

Put the tempeh garlic, shredded ginger, salt, sugar and cooking wine on the salmon head.

Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Bring water to a boil, put the fish heads in, and steam on high heat for 10 minutes.

Chop the green onions when steaming the fish.
