Salmon Milk Tofu Soup

Prepare the ingredients: 1 salmon head, 150g tofu, 1 green onion, 1 coriander (forget to take it together) 80ml milk, 10g ginger, sweet peppers can be omitted

Wash the green onion and coriander and cut into chopped green onions. Cut the white onion into sections. The sweet pepper can be cut into small pieces.

Turn on medium and low heat, add oil, put salmon head, put ginger and spring onion on top of fish head, cover and fry

During this time, open the lid and turn the tofu over and continue to fry. The salmon is fried on both sides. Just pour in the right amount of water, cover the pot and cook

The salmon soup is boiled until the soup color starts to be a bit milky white, pour 80ml of fresh milk, not too much, it will affect the taste of the fish soup

When the soup starts to boil again, add chopped green onion, sweet chili diced, salt, and pepper, turn off the heat to complete the delicious salmon milk tofu soup
