Salmon with Blueberry Sauce

Wash salmon and add green onion, ginger and garlic.

Add red wine, light soy sauce, chicken essence, black pepper, salt sugar and olive oil and marinate for half an hour.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, put it in the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes.

When finished, remove the bottom fish skin, and set aside the onion, ginger, and garlic on the surface.

Fry the green onion, ginger and garlic in the pan, add blueberries and stir fry, add water and cook for 5 minutes.

Add red wine, add a piece of cold butter and melt before boiling.
