Salt and Pepper Baked Shrimp

Clean the Jiwei shrimp.

Add to boiling water with a little salt.
3.
Cook until the shrimp changes color and remove.
4.
Use kitchen paper to absorb water. (Must be sucked)

Cut off the shrimp gun and whiskers.

Fry into the frying pan until the shell becomes brittle and yellow.
7.
Remove the drain oil for later use.

Take a clean pot, add coarse-grained sea salt and pepper to heat.

Stir-fry until the salt is hot and the peppercorns are fragrant.

Add the fried shrimp and stir fry.

Turn off the heat and try to cover the shrimp with salt for five to ten minutes.
12.
Put the shrimp on a plate and garnish with a little coarse salt.
Tips:
1. Coarse sea salt is sold in supermarkets
2. It is not necessary to turn off the fire for too long, otherwise the shell of the shrimp will become salty.
