Salt and Pepper Mantis Shrimp

Use a small brush to clean the mantis shrimp, drain the water and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add some dried pepper, sauté over medium heat until fragrant, and set aside. Add the mantis shrimp and stir-fry on high heat until the shrimp turns red, then stir-fry for a few minutes. When it is a bit crispy, set aside.
