Salt and Pepper Mushrooms

Wash the mushrooms and squeeze dry water, sprinkle dry flour, beat an egg and put in (if there is less mushrooms, one egg yolk is enough), put a little salt and mix well, then it can be fried in the pan, and it is golden and ready to be out of the pan.
Tips:
After mixing well, look a little bit dry. The mushrooms will be very crispy if you sprinkle them with flour.
