Salt and Pepper Pork Chop

Wash and dry the pork chops and put them in a container. Use the tip of a knife to make some small holes on the pork chops.

Add cornstarch, salt and pepper, five-spice powder, and some water to the container, mix well, and marinate for about 30 minutes.

Pour in a little edible oil (about 10-15mL), evenly distribute it on the bottom of the heating plate, and heat it until the power indicator is off.

Add 1 piece of pork chop and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden on the top. Turn over and continue to fry until golden on both sides before serving.
