The salt and pepper tenderloin for office workers is super easy and greedy. The salt and pepper tenderloin is a favorite of our family. The outside is crispy and the tender pepper is overflowing, and the meat strips are delicious when you bite, so I often use large pieces of meat to cut and marinate. Then divide them into small bags and freeze them in the refrigerator. When you want to eat, take a bag and fry it with a little batter. It is especially suitable for office workers. It is both greedy and easy.

Salt and Pepper Pork Tenderloin

1. Wash the pork and slice it first

2. Cut into long strips

3. Put the meat in a small bowl and pour the June fresh special grade soy sauce

4. Add green onion, ginger, pepper powder, monosodium glutamate salt

5. Mix well and marinate for 2 hours. If you have time, marinate overnight for the most delicious taste

6. Mix 90g of flour, 60g of cornstarch, 80g of water and 80g of water, then beat in the eggs, and evenly mix into egg paste

7. Heat the pan and pour the oil. When the oil is 70% hot, add the battered meat strips. Fry on low heat until golden brown and remove. If you like crispy, you can reheat the oil and quickly re-fry it again.

8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper after cooking
