Salt and Pepper Prawns

Prepare the prawns.

Cut the back of the prawns, pick out the intestines, wash and set aside.

Wash the ginger and cut into shreds. Wash the green onion and cut into chopped green onion. Cut the garlic into minced garlic and put it into a bowl. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, pepper, and salt and stir well and set aside.

Tips:
When frying the shrimps, keep the heat on a low heat, so as not to fry them.
