Salt and Pepper Ribs

The ribs are marinated for one hour with appropriate amount of cooking wine, cornstarch, sugar, salt and pepper, and oyster sauce.

Finely chop red pepper and garlic.

Carambola sliced and placed on the plate. Add some fruit to look good and relieve greasy.

Put the oil in the pot and heat it to 70% to 80% hot, and fry the ribs until browned.

Stir red pepper and garlic in the pan until fragrant, stir-fry the ribs, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper and stir-fry evenly.
