Salt and Pepper Shrimp

1. Prepare materials

2. Wash the fresh shrimps and add shallot roots, ginger shreds, cooking wine, black pepper powder, and marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Cut a whole garlic into garlic paste and set aside.

4. Pour 1/3 of the pot corn oil, pour the garlic paste into the cold oil, and sauté slowly over low heat.
