Salt and Pepper Shrimp
1.
Pick the pipi shrimps that are peeled alive in the vegetable market, scrub them, and drain them. Some are too alive, by the way, they are guilty and sinful.
2.
Prepare the ingredients, chop garlic into mince, slice ginger into shredded ginger, chop chili and coriander, and set aside.
3.
Pour the right amount of oil into the pan, pour the Pippi shrimp and fry it until the color turns golden yellow and remove.
4.
The fried butt prawns are placed on the plate for later use. The color is not bad.
5.
Set up another pot and pour in the right amount of oil (you can pour a little more) so that the bread crumbs will be crispy.
6.
Freshly squeeze the garlic, ginger and chili, then pour in the breadcrumbs.
7.
The breadcrumbs are very oily and will be fried in a short while.
8.
Pour in the fried pipi shrimp, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper and light soy sauce, stir fry evenly.
9.
Out of the pot, sprinkle a handful of coriander, and start eating.
Tips:
1. When the Pippi shrimp is drained, it is recommended to wipe it dry with kitchen paper.
2. Deep-fried prawns are recommended to be fried twice, so that the color of the fried prawns will look good and crisper.
3. For children's shoes that don't like coriander, you can skip it or replace it with chives.
