Home-boiled Sole

Pick and wash the fish.

Dip the fish in flour and fry it in a frying pan until golden on both sides.

Mix a bowl of juice with salt, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and cooking wine.

Tips:
1. If you like spicy taste, you can add some chili or chili sauce.
2. Boil slowly over low heat to make it more delicious.
