Salt Baked Prawns
1.
Pour coarse salt in a saucepan, stir fry for two minutes until hot, and spread on the bottom of the saucepan. When frying, you can put a few pieces of bay leaves for seasoning. After frying, pick out the bay leaves. If it is a coated pan, it is best to spread tin foil to avoid damage to the coating.
2.
Place the prawns and sprinkle a layer of salt on top. If you like black pepper, you can also sprinkle a little black pepper. It can't be ground pepper. The taste is different.
3.
Turn on a low heat and cover the pot, and you can enjoy it in four minutes. If the shrimp is bigger, you need to extend it a little longer!
