Salt-baked Prawns Made in A Cast Iron Pot Version
1.
Rinse the fresh shrimps after buying them, and use kitchen paper to completely absorb the moisture of the shrimps. Spread 250 grams of coarse salt into an enameled cast iron pot.
2.
Cover the pot and cook on medium heat for 7 minutes.
3.
After 7 minutes, open the lid and spread the dried prawns to the bottom of the pot.
4.
At the same time, sprinkle the prepared onion and ginger foam on the prawns.
5.
Cover the pot, continue to simmer for 4 minutes, turn off the heat, and open the lid.
6.
Use a wooden spatula to stir-fry properly in the pot, so that each prawn is fully flavored, and a plate of fragrant salt-baked prawns is done. During the cooking process, pots and ingredients need to be kept dry.
