Salt Baked Shrimp

Clean the prawns, cut off the prawn gun and shrimp legs

Use scissors to cut open the back of the shrimp (in order to taste), pick out the shrimp thread

Add cooking wine, scallions, garlic cloves, white pepper and marinate for 15 minutes

The pot starts the casserole baking function

Pour in kimchi salt, sprinkle in pepper and aniseed, cover to preheat (turn over halfway to make it evenly heated)

Put the marinated shrimp on the kitchen paper to absorb the surface moisture

After about 15 minutes, take out half of the preheated salt and place the prawns on top of the salt

Cover the prawns with half of the salt, cover and simmer for 4 minutes, turn off the heat
9.
Don't open the lid and simmer for 5 minutes, then take out and shake off the salt grains before serving
Tips:
1: Shrimp should be marinated in advance, so that it can get rid of fishy.
2: The baking time can be adjusted by yourself, and you can reduce the time if you like to eat a little tenderer.
3: The salt for baked shrimp can be reused.
