Salt Baked Shrimp

The shrimp is marinated with light soy sauce, chicken essence, oyster sauce, and pepper for 10 minutes, spread out and absorb the moisture with a clean towel.

Heat up the pan with coarse salt.

Fill up about half of the salt, put a piece of tin foil on top of the salt in the pot, put the shrimp on top, and cover with a layer of tin foil, and cover with the salt just picked up.

Cover the pot and bake on medium heat for about 25 minutes, turn off the heat and bake for about 20 minutes.
5.
Remove and install the plate.
