Salt-fried Eryngii Mushrooms

Prepare eryngii mushrooms.

Cut the eryngii mushrooms into slices.

Put an appropriate amount of olive oil in the pot, not too much, just flat the bottom of the pot.

Add garlic slices and fry until fragrant.

Place the eryngii mushrooms in a pan on the bottom of the pot.

Fry until the eryngii mushrooms become soft and dry after the water has precipitated.
