Soy Sauce Eryngii Mushroom

Cut the eryngii mushrooms into large slices.

Cut the red pepper into thin sections.
3.
Heat a small amount of oil in a pot and add eryngii mushrooms.
4.
Stir dry until it becomes soft and less water.
5.
Add the red pepper segments.
6.
Stir-fry slightly and add broccoli.
7.
Stir fry slightly, add steamed fish soy sauce.
8.
Add less salt and a little sesame oil.
9.
Stir evenly out of the pot.
Tips:
1. Do not add water during the stir-frying process.
2. As the steamed fish soy sauce is added, the salt should be used less.
