Fried Eryngii Mushrooms with Snow Peas

Prepare ingredients.

Remove the tendons from snow peas, and blanch them in boiling water with a little salt for about 30 seconds, quickly remove them and let them cool.

Cut the eryngii mushroom into long strips and cut the small crispy intestines into slices.

Tips:
