Braised Eryngii Mushrooms

Wash the roots of the eryngii mushrooms.

Squeeze the water by hand.
3.
Cut red pepper into strips, slice ginger and green onion.
4.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and stir-fry the eryngii mushrooms.
5.
Stir until the outer skin turns yellow.
6.
Add red hot pepper and stir fry.
7.
Add soy sauce.
8.
Add sugar.
9.
Add salt and continue to stir fry to taste.

Tips:
Do not add water during the stir-frying of the eryngii mushrooms, otherwise the taste will not be good.
