Salt-fried Saury

Although Halloween has just passed, I still have to send out this picture.
I have never accepted the method of eating saury without cutting the belly, so it must be cleaned.

Use kitchen paper to absorb water on the surface of the fish, and apply a small amount of salt to the body and abdominal cavity of the fish.

Add a few drops of lemon juice and pat the fish lightly

Wrap in plastic wrap and marinate for 15-25 minutes depending on the size of the fish

Heat the pot and pour a little oil, and use kitchen paper to absorb the surface water again before placing the saury to prevent splashing when frying the fish

Fry on one side until golden, then fry on the other side

Cut two or three slices of lemon and apply twice on the fish body before eating the fish to remove the fishy and taste more delicious
Tips:
1. Choose saury with tight meat quality and shiny eyes and fresher;
2. The best method is to fry and roast;
3. The saury itself is slightly salty, based on the salt in the recipe, increase or decrease according to your own taste
