Salt Octopus

Cut the hairtail after washing

Prepare ginger, shallots, salt and white wine

Pour the salt and white wine into the octopus and mix well

Add the green onion and ginger and mix well

Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 8 hours (the temperature is high, please put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration)

Hot pot pour oil

Heat the oil for 7 minutes, add the octopus and turn to medium heat

Fry the octopus until golden on both sides and take it out

Tips:
1. If the temperature is high during the marinating process, put it in the refrigerator to avoid deterioration

3. Use medium heat when frying.
