The okra I grew by myself is a little bit, not much, but it still has a sense of accomplishment. Sometimes life needs such a touch of green.

Ingredients

Salt-roasted Okra

1. Clean the okra and control the moisture;

2. Remove the top

3. Put the okra into the fresh-keeping bag;

4. Add olive oil and shake the bag so that the okra is evenly covered with olive oil;

5. Spread coarse salt evenly on the baking tray;

6. Put it into the oven to preheat to 190 degrees;

7. After the salt is hot, lay the okra flat on it;

8. Re-enter the oven, 190 degrees, 10 minutes;

9. After roasting, remove the coarse salt and serve on a plate.

Tips:

1. When removing the top of the okra, do not cut to expose the seeds and mucus inside;
2. When the oven is preheating, be sure to put the coarse salt in it together;
3. After the salt is hot, pay attention to safety and do not burn your hands;
4. If you like heavy flavors, you can dip it in light soy sauce or soy sauce.
